Rachel offers a warm, collaborative, and practical approach for people who may look like they have it together while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or stuck. She works with children, adults, and families and integrates approaches including EMDR, CBT, family systems, play-based work, and strengths-based care.

Insurance listed: Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Out-of-network options are available, including support using Reimbursify. Self-pay: $150 per session.
